About
Dr. Simhadri Chandrasekhar Rao is one of the most renowned and highly respected surgical oncologists in India. With over three decades of proven expertise, he has served in various leadership positions across the nation. Previously, he was the Director and Chief Surgical Oncologist of Indo-American Cancer Institute and Research Centre, one of the largest cancer centers in India.
Dr. Chandrasekhar is also Professor and HOD of surgical oncology at MNJ Institute of Oncology, Hyderabad and has formerly served as Asst. Professor of Surgery at King George Hospital, Vizag and Asst. Professor of Surgery at Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad. He completed MBBS and MS from Guntur Medical College and MCh in Surgical Oncology from Adayar Cancer Institute. He was a university topper throughout his academic career.
Dr. Chandrasekhar has presented over fifty papers, publications and talks in conferences across India.
